As UP Manila’s highest governing student body, the University Student Council seeks to: represent students in the UPM administration; organize student activities and community projects; communicate vital information regarding UPM policies and programs; convene student organizations and college councils; and promote and protect students’ rights and welfare. This year, the USC aims to build harmonious partnerships with other UPM organizations to promote similar advocacies and achieve common goals.
